Ship It — vibe coding to production · Dubai & GCC

You vibe-coded it. We'll ship it.

You built something real with Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Bolt or v0 — and it works, mostly. Now it needs what AI doesn't give you: security, infrastructure, app-store approval and the confidence to put it in front of paying users. That's us. We keep what works and ship the rest.

Sound familiar?

The prototype was the easy part. These are the things that stop AI-built products at the door — and exactly what we fix.

Auth is duct tape

Login works… until someone tries to break it. Sessions, tokens and permissions need an adult in the room.

Secrets in the repo

API keys committed to GitHub, admin routes guessable, no rate limiting. One crawler away from a very bad week.

It breaks past 10 users

Free-tier database, N+1 queries everywhere, no caching. Fine for a demo — fatal for a launch.

No tests, no safety net

Every new AI prompt risks breaking something that worked yesterday. You can't ship what you can't trust.

App stores said no

Apple and Google review real apps hard: privacy policies, permissions, crash-free rates. Rejection loops burn weeks.

The last 20% won't budge

Payments, emails, edge cases, real data. The AI got you 80% — the production 20% is a different sport.

How we ship it

A fixed shape, a fixed-price start, and a report you own whatever you decide.

01

01Audit & triage

Week 1 · AED 7,500 fixed

We read every line: security, data model, performance, dependencies. You get a written report — what's solid, what's fragile, what's dangerous — and a fixed quote to fix it. The report is yours either way, and the fee is credited in full if we build together.

02

02Harden

1–3 weeks

Authentication done properly, secrets out of the code, input validation, rate limiting, error handling, a test suite around the paths that matter. Your app stops being a demo.

03

03Production infrastructure

Parallel

Real database with backups, staging environment, CI/CD that runs the tests, monitoring and alerts. Deploys become boring — the highest compliment in engineering.

04

04Launch

1–2 weeks

Domains, analytics, SEO foundations, app-store submission and review wrangling, payment provider go-live. We've done the checklist a hundred times; you do it once.

05

05Keep vibing — safely

Optional retainer

We set up guardrails so you can keep building with AI: protected branches, automated review, tests that catch regressions. You prompt, the pipeline protects production. We stay on call.

We speak your stack

Whatever the AI chose, we've probably shipped it. If your prototype runs on something exotic, the audit will tell you honestly whether to keep it or migrate.

Fair questions

Will you rewrite my whole app?
Almost never. AI-generated code is usually a real foundation — we keep what works, fix what's fragile, and rewrite only what would genuinely hurt you in production. Throwing away working code is a cost, not a flex.
How long does it take?
Most Ship It engagements run 2–6 weeks end to end: one week of audit and triage, then hardening, infrastructure and launch depending on what the audit finds and how far you want to go.
Is my idea and code confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before we see your repository, and everything stays in your accounts — your repo, your cloud, your app-store listings. If we part ways, you lose nothing.
What does it cost?
The audit is AED 3,500, fixed, and takes one week. We produce a report and a fixed quote for the remaining work — both yours to keep, take in-house, or take to another team. And if we build together, the audit fee becomes part of our launch cost. No meter running.
Can I keep building with AI afterwards?
Please do — it's the fastest way to explore product ideas. We set up the guardrails (tests, CI, protected environments) so your prompting can't take production down, and we stay on call when something needs a human.

Your prototype deserves
a launch day.
