Fedary UX Design and Sanity CMS Development Case Study

Fedary real estate boast an enviable portfolio of exceptional properties for their clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

They wanted a newly designed website that could showcase their properties to prospective customers, whilst providing them with an internal headless CMS that was designed around their team, giving them the flexibility to take ownership of their content and service their customers better.

Fedary are a company with big ambitions within their industry, and they needed a solid, but easy way to showcase their properties for their customers. At the same time they wanted to be able to take control of the content that they would be sharing.

Technically the team at Fedary understood the need for the latest headless technology, as they have ambitions beyond the website. So although our focus was on creating an exceptional UX focused site for potential clients looking to rent a luxury home in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, we also had to ensure that the infrastructure would enable them to build on this framework.

The solution was to introduce a Next.JS framework and Sanity headless CMS. As Sanity is fully customisable in the back end, it has allowed us to shape the CMS around Fedary and their requirements. As a headless CMS, we now have the potential to match Fedary and their growth requirements.

For site visitors, the UX and UI elements of the site have been designed to take them directly through to information areas around available properties with an ease of introduction to the Fedary team to help with their enquiries.

We have also developed a custom plugin for property listings which helps to connect potential owners with their agents.
