Property websites that sell the listing and route the lead.

Karve Digital builds websites and platforms for UAE property companies: luxury developers and agencies, property managers and property-services firms. We build listings your team manages in-house, enquiries that land in your CRM with the right team, and bilingual English/Arabic sites. Clients include SAAS Properties, Fedary and Savvy.

What does a real estate website need in the UAE?

Buyers, tenants and investors compare properties online long before they call an agent. A property site has to present each listing as well as the property itself, make the next step obvious (view, enquire, book an inspection) and get the enquiry to a person while it's still warm. In the UAE it also needs Arabic, mobile speed and content your team can update daily without a developer.

What we build: listing and portfolio showcases, custom listing management inside Sanity, service and location pages for each emirate, lead capture connected to Zoho or your CRM with routing by intent, and migrations from slow legacy sites that keep your search rankings. See it in practice on SAAS Properties, Fedary and Savvy.

What we build for property companies

01

Luxury portfolio presentation

High-end property UX for clients and consultants, refined over several design rounds. Built for SAAS Properties.

02

Custom listings system

A Sanity plugin built around how your agents work, turning interest into conversations between renters and agents. Built for Fedary.

03

CRM-routed enquiries

Every form creates a CRM lead, and the service of interest decides which team owns it. Built for Savvy on Zoho CRM.

04

Service & emirate pages

Services and locations are structured content, so adding a new emirate is a new document, not a deployment. Savvy runs eight service lines across four emirates.

05

Platform migration

Off a slow site onto Next.js, Sanity and Vercel, with server-side rendering and the important URLs preserved. Built for SAAS Properties.

06

In-house content control

Listings, pages and campaigns are edited by your team, not a developer — on all three builds.

07

Bilingual EN/AR

Field-level localisation with a full right-to-left layout for typography, navigation and forms.

08

Apps & owner portals

iOS and Android apps from one React Native codebase, plus portals for owners and operations teams.

Property projects, side by side

A developer, a property manager and a property-services firm — what each needed and how it was delivered.

Property website FAQs

How much does a real estate website cost in Dubai?
A portfolio or agency site with listings and enquiry forms is a focused build. Custom listing management, CRM routing or an owner portal moves it towards a platform. Our custom builds range from AED 50k to AED 400k+, and a fixed-price discovery sprint sets the figure before you commit.
Can you build a property listings system our team manages?
Yes. For Fedary we built a custom Sanity plugin around the team's own workflow, which connects renters with agents. Fedary's staff manage listings and content themselves, and Karve remains available for new features.
Can enquiries go straight into our CRM?
Yes. On Savvy's site every form submission creates a Zoho CRM lead with the service of interest stored as data, and routing assigns it to sales or service on arrival. The same pattern works with other CRMs through their APIs.
Can you migrate our property website without losing search rankings?
Yes. SAAS Properties moved from a slow site to Next.js, Sanity and Vercel. We used server-side rendering and clean, crawlable markup, and preserved the site's structure and URLs where they mattered. A careful migration protects rankings; a rushed one loses them.
How long does a property website take?
SAAS Properties and Fedary each took about 9 weeks from kickoff to launch. Savvy launched in phases in 2026 because of its CRM integration and multi-emirate content model.
Do you build Arabic real estate websites?
Yes. Content is localised at the field level, so one source serves English and Arabic, with full right-to-left rendering for typography, navigation and forms.
Do you build websites for property services and inspection companies?
Yes. Savvy's site covers eight service lines, including inspections, snagging, valuations, project management and fit-outs, with location pages for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Staff publish pages without a developer.
Can you build apps and portals for property operations?
Yes. We build iOS and Android apps from one React Native and Expo codebase, and SaaS platforms with authentication and multi-tenancy for owners and operations teams.
